Where is my e-mail control panel?
You can find it here: http://r-t-i.net/cgi-bin/qmailadmin
Enter your domain name and password and you'll be able to configure every aspect of your e-mail accounts and settings.
How do I check my traffic stats?
Point your browser to http://yourdomain.com/awstats/awstats.pl
Replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name.
Where's my webmail located?
RTI customer webmail (powered by Squirrelmail) is at: http://r-t-i.net/webmail
Enter your full e-mail address and the password for the e-mail account you are checking.
How do I configure my e-mail software?
If you're an RTI hosting client, you may use your site's domain name as the mail server like so:

Mail server: yourdomain.com
SMTP server: yourdomain.com

username: username@yourdomain.com
password: (your e-mail account password)
How do I configure SpamAssassin?
Point your browser to:

http://r-t-i.net/sa

A password dialog box will appear. Type the name of the e-mail account (example: user@mydomain.com) and the password for that account.

The control panel interface will appear. By far the most often used control is Filter Sensitivity at the upper left. This is what determines how "spammy" a message has to be before SpamAssassin will decide that the message is spam and flag it accordingly.

There are other controls as well, so feel free to experiment.
